What Awaits You on an Expedition on the Seaventure

Highest Ice Class for Safe Exploration

Seaventure carries the highest ice classification available (1A Super), making her exceptionally well-suited for navigating challenging polar waters with confidence. With an average cruising speed of 13.5 knots, you’ll spend less time at sea and more time exploring. Although originally built for 180 guests, capacity is limited to a maximum of just 138 passengers—ensuring ample space and quiet areas to relax.

Comfort and Outstanding Views

Seaventure offers a variety of outdoor deck spaces where you can enjoy sweeping views and take uninterrupted photos of the dramatic surroundings. A modern stabilizing system enhances comfort while sailing open waters, and a dedicated citizen-science lab allows curious travelers to engage more deeply with scientific research. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the panoramic lounge provide the perfect place to warm up after time outdoors—without missing any of the stunning scenery.

Discovery, Community, and Enjoyment

Traveling aboard Seaventure inspires a true spirit of exploration. Antarctica is a constantly shifting, unpredictable world full of surprises. During daily landings and Zodiac excursions, you’ll collect unforgettable moments both on land and on the water. Whether it’s photography, kayaking, citizen-science projects, or camping under the Antarctic night sky—there’s something for every passion on a Seaventure expedition.
